Refund policy

Non-personalized products qualify for returns. Personalized products do not qualify for returns. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Original shipping cost and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn't returned in the original condition.
